Adding propane to a diesel engine reduces emissions and fuel costs. This device connects to a truck’s CAN bus and controls a solenoid fuel injector that injects propane into the engine. The amount of propane depends on the engine load and RPM, vehicle speed and accelerator pedal position.

As a consultant for Green Additive Technologies LLC, I designed the electronics, printed circuit board and enclosure and manufactured over 30 units in my shop.
